What are you getting from MAC’s Antiquitease Collection? (or what did you!) It’s MAC’s first holiday release this year, and I want to know what products made you fall in love at first sight! What products didn’t? (psst, it comes out today nationwide.)
Me? Not sure yet! I never really know what I want until I go in, because I have so many products I really have to touch and play everything in person to make decisions on what I should be taking home with me.
What’s your technique to get perfect lashes? What tools do you use? Products? How many coats of mascara do you put on? Do you do tightlining to achieve the most mastered of lashes? Do you swear by a certain technique? Share your lash secrets!
I am still fumbling around with creating the perfect lashes. It’s not easy, folks! I vary between my mascaras, as I haven’t been so awed by any to stick with it for long enough (plus, being a beauty blogger exposes you to a zillion products that tempt you to try them!); hence why I am on my mascara quest! Lately, I’ve been reaching for MAC’s Plushlash in Plushblack (always gotta be black), but I’m still figuring out the brush. Lots of coats for me. Does a coat count if you don’t wait for it to dry? No lining for me. I use a lash comb if I remember at the end, and I nearly always forget to curl.
How do you organize all of your beauty products? Do you have a vanity, lots of stackable drawers? Is it in bags upon bags in various corners of your house? Share your organization secrets or woes!

If you saw my collection photos from January, you would have seen my dream vanity – separate from the sinks, huge mirror, etc. Unfortunately, I had to move to a new area, and I lost that great spot. I was constrained to two feet of counterspace, bad lighting, and one measly drawer (plus closet space, but who wants that?). Now, I have four shelves/cubby holes (there are two more on the bottom, but reserved for other junk) dedicated to housing my makeup habit! So I introduce you, Temptalia’s $30 storage solution…
