Emanuel Ungaro Collection is now available online! Are you getting anything? We’ve heard some confusing launch dates for in-stores, but perhaps with the website getting it up today, then Thursday will then be the launch day.
Also, here’s a hint: type in “RED” in the search box. You’ll see a lot of the holiday sets, palettes, etc. show up Those darling Adoring Carmine lip sets are $34.50, unfortunately for me. Maybe I can convince myself one is enough. (Likely story.) Halloween Face Charts are up, too — WITH photos of the face chart on real models.
Here’s MAC’s Seasonal Peach Nail Lacquer from Cremesheen in a quickie swatch. This polish definitely needs a base laid down and probably three thinner coats would work better than two thicker coats. I find it a little pinker than the promo photo, personally, but there is some peachiness in it, I suppose (perhaps, more visible in person than in the photo).
Who else purchased it? What are your thoughts?

GOLD FEVER also launched today at Nordstrom locations. It’s pretty much a launch of products that already exist in the permanent line, so I’m not doing a review, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to answer
OVERALL, Cremesheens offer a good range of shades and hues, but definitely don’t offer replacements for all the amplified cremes being discontinued. The texture is smooth, but they’re not overly creamy or pigmented. Of course, some are more intense than others, so your mileage may vary depending on your natural lip’s pigmentation. Ultimately, I went in with high hopes, because I love lipsticks, but I wasn’t particularly impressed. None of the colors grabbed me in way that made me go, “OMG I WILL DIE WITHOUT IT!” and the texture wasn’t as creamy as I’d like. These don’t do a lot of sliding around once you apply them, which IS a good thing, though.
