Here’s MAC’s Seasonal Peach Nail Lacquer from Cremesheen in a quickie swatch. This polish definitely needs a base laid down and probably three thinner coats would work better than two thicker coats. I find it a little pinker than the promo photo, personally, but there is some peachiness in it, I suppose (perhaps, more visible in person than in the photo).
Who else purchased it? What are your thoughts?

GOLD FEVER also launched today at Nordstrom locations. It’s pretty much a launch of products that already exist in the permanent line, so I’m not doing a review, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to answer
OVERALL, Cremesheens offer a good range of shades and hues, but definitely don’t offer replacements for all the amplified cremes being discontinued. The texture is smooth, but they’re not overly creamy or pigmented. Of course, some are more intense than others, so your mileage may vary depending on your natural lip’s pigmentation. Ultimately, I went in with high hopes, because I love lipsticks, but I wasn’t particularly impressed. None of the colors grabbed me in way that made me go, “OMG I WILL DIE WITHOUT IT!” and the texture wasn’t as creamy as I’d like. These don’t do a lot of sliding around once you apply them, which IS a good thing, though.

** Blue Zone and Ocean 2 are mixed up in the photos! Sorry
OVERALL, the eyeshadow suites were disappointing because too many of them had chalky textures, which I just know won’t work out well for me. I picked up two, one because I liked it a lot (Team Violets), and the other because the colors weren’t like ones I already had (Blue Zone). The liners were lovely – all rich and intensely pigmented, with a good variety of colors to choose from. I see myself going back to collect more of them, but I wanted to see how they wear throughout the day first. I asked about waterline safety, and I was told these are like powerpoints and aren’t waterline safe because they shrink. Take that for what you will!
