By Terry Light & Tan Vibes Sun Designer Palette

By Terry Light & Tan Vibes Sun Designer Palette ($82.00 for 0.53 oz.) includes six shades that can be used as highlighters, blushes, and/or bronzers. As I mentioned in my review of Tan & Flash Cruise, there was a lighter/mote muted option, and this is it. I had the same experience with this palette as I did with the other: I was impressed by the softness, blendability, and finish of these on the skin–they’re very easy to use and diffuse, and the finish is glowing without emphasizing pores. Despite being very soft and finely-milled, they’re not really powdery or dusty; they seem to have a decent amount of binder so they adhere well and don’t get messy in the pan. The wear varied from eight to eight and a half hours across the six shades.

By Terry Tan & Flash Cruise Sun Designer Palette

By Terry Tan & Flash Cruise Sun Designer Palette ($82.00 for 0.53 oz.) includes six shades that can be used as highlighters, blushes, and/or bronzers. There are two variations, this and a lighter version with more muted shades on the left side (which I expect to review as well). I was impressed by the softness, blendability, and finish of these on the skin–they’re very easy to use and diffuse, and the finish is glowing without emphasizing pores. Despite being very soft and finely-milled, they’re not really powdery or dusty; they seem to have a decent amount of binder so they adhere well and don’t get messy in the pan. By Terry Hyaluronic Sheer Nude Hydra-Balms

By Terry Hyaluronic Sheer Nude Hydra-Balm ($36.00 for 0.10 oz.) is supposed to hydrate, “fill in wrinkles and fine lines,” while also smoothing and “boost[ing] volume.” It is a tinted lip balm, in simpler terms, with semi-sheer color coverage, glossy finish, and designed to keep your lips looking and feeling better. Overall, the formula is moderately hydrating and comfortable to wear with a creamy consistency that has enough slip that it doesn’t cling, but it doesn’t glide right off the lips either. I didn’t notice an increase in volume, and it didn’t seem like it helped to fill in lines, but the hydration did linger beyond the initial application. The formula is rose-scented and a slight, almost perfume-y taste. They’re also shorter-wearing, which isn’t a real surprise, but you’ll likely need to reapply throughout the day to maintain the color.

By Terry Bronze-Expert: Brush On the Radiance!

By Terry Bronze-Expert ($48.00) is a creamy, gel-based bronzer that clicks up and onto a brush. It comes in three shades Sun Beach (light), Sun Desert (medium), and Sun Tropic (dark). All three are on the sheerer side, so if you’re not sure about your color, don’t worry so much. Even the darkest shade is sheer enough to work on medium skin tones. What I particularly liked about this formula is how buildable the color is, which is what a bronzer should be. It is often too easy to go overboard with bronzer, which results in a fake-looking color that can be too orange or too dirty. The formula is very much like a gel, which gives it a great weightless feeling when applied and smoothed over skin. Traditionally, you’d use this on the face, but it can also be used to bronze cleavage and decolletage, too.
