Definitely more silver than it is blue, but it’s the exact color I thought of when I read the name “Iced Blue.” MAC Frozen Blue is grayer, darker, less blue. Urban Decay Strip is just a touch darker–but this was the shade I immediately thought of when I swatched Iced Blue. Urban Decay Mary Jane is darker and bluer. The Glossover
