For people with access to Canadian cosmetics, the Annabelle Smudgeliners are identical, with a slightly better formula – even the pencil/smudger are exactly the same (except Annabelle’s is longer!).

I like the original Bad Gal Liner because it is quite dark and I can smudge it out, but it sucks that this “waterproof” mascara is no really truly “waterproof.” My eyes are prone to watering during seasonal allergies and cold weather with high winds and it rains a lot in the west coast. So this is not really the product for me. I love my UD 24/7 liners though, and those are truly waterproof for me.
