That’s a good amount, Ana! I tend to have a lot of cleansers that include some exfoliation so I probably end up doing it more often.

As I have oily skin I usually exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week. (Whenever I wash my hair – don’t ask me why!). I use Clinique exfoliant which is not harsh but I think I exfoliate enough!

How often do you have to exfoliate? I use a daily cleanser that has the microbeads thingies…It’s from Neutrogena. Is that considered exfoliating?
