2013 Best Budget Facial Exfoliator

If you’ve ever tried one of the kinds of masks that applies and then heats up, you’ll love this. It’s effective and fun to wear. It warms up (though only for a few seconds) when it comes into contact with water. It’s a great exfoliator for periodic use, though it could be used more often.

2013 Best Budget Daytime Moisturizer

Olay Complete All Day UV Defense Moisture Lotion is an old favorite. I used to use it before I ventured into higher-end skincare, but it’s something I continuously recommend to those on tighter budgets or don’t want fussy skincare. It has SPF 15 in it, which is a nice touch in a daily moisturizer, too (though you’ll need better protection if you’re out all day). It hydrates without feeling greasy and can be worn easily under makeup!
