It’s gentler, has a totally different smell, finer texture. I’d say Volcanic Ash Exfoliator makes my skin feel a little smoother, but it’s also more abrasive.

Nope, I didn’t feel like I had to use too much. I’d say about two pea-sizes. I’d probably start with one, then add more where you needed it. I also felt like it didn’t melt away.
