The hair/dress/makeup is a MESS, but the eyes are gorgeous! I agree; i think she is wearing half-lashes.
Her makeup is amazing. It makes her eyes look gorgeous. But her hair kind of looks a little off. Like they started it but forgot to finish. But maybe it’s just me.
