I always think Amanda Bynes looks so cute, and I definitely think her hair and makeup are on spot… but I’ve never been a fan of this type of dress. She could do better!

Her extensions are just too obvious – she could do so much better!
i like the corset-like detailing on the dress
boobs or butt NOT BOTH. and i hate to say it but did she get her lips done or is she just wearing too shiny of a gloss. i love herve leger/max azria as much as the next girl but she does seem to wear herve leger everywhere.
I dunno, I usually love Amanda Bynes, but she just doesnt look pretty to me here. The hair looks really fake, the eye makeup makes her eyes look smaller and the shininess emphasizes how round her nose and cheeks are… and that dress just looks wrong somehow.
god, she must have had something done to her lips…
She *always* wears a dress that looks like that. Boring.
