Hi, I’ve got the Benefit ones and they’re terrible. They crease, smudge and are absolutely NOT long wearing at all. Am I the only one who seems to think so?
I wore it to work the other day and my colleague commented that it looked as if the eyeshadow had “melted” of my eyes after we had been outdoors for awhile. Complete waste of money.

Benefit’s have worked so well for me – they stay on all day and never crease – we’re talking 12 hours of perfect wear!
I dont have any smudging or creasing problem but they dont last long,mayb 4-6 hrs max.I apply it straight onto lid without any base, are u using any base Christine?
All of the shadows in this post last all day without a base (just alone)!

I like L’Oreal HIP Paints but did not include it because it was discontinued.
I really love paint pots from MAC and hydrowpowder cream eye shadows from Shiseido. They are really creaseless.
I want to try some of the MUFE ones. Have you tried the Buxom Stay-There Eyeshadow? I bought two of them during the VIB sale and they have a weird texture to them but the colors are gorgeous and super sparkly. I reach for Benefit’s Creaseless Cream Shadows usually but Buxom is just so golden and summery pretty.
I swatched two but haven’t actually tested them, sorry!
I LOVE the Benefit Creaseless Creams! Urban Decay’s are actually really nice too, though I prefer the more neutral shades, since their creams are a bit sheerer (although you can definitely build them up). Midnight Rodeo is great for a quick look with a bit of glitter.
Where is Giorgio Armani?
I haven’t tried Giorgio Armani’s cream eyeshadows.

Nothing affordable.
The Shisheido Hydro did not last long on me at all, and it creased–but I didn’t set it with any powder or anything. I use the MAC Paint Pots and also the Benefit cream shadows, and they are both great! I wish they came in more colors!

I found the Shiseido ones not up to par with the other on your list. I bought 3 at one time and regretted it. In my experience, the hydropowders do not apply opaque and they crease like crazy. I even have UD Primer potion underneath and powder e/s above it. They are definitely not as good as MAC paint pots or Benefit’s Creaseless Cream Shadow.
They last all day on me, so I’m sorry to hear you didn’t like them!
Further proof that everyone is different (Good thing there are SO many products out there then!). I’ve never had a problem with the Shiseido ones creasing at all – In fact they are my favorites on this list
The feel like a cold drink of water for your lids when you apply them too! Which I love! (So few makeup products actually feel PLEASING on your skin when you apply them).

I have multiple of all of these and love them all. I have pretty oily eyelids, so long-wearing cream eyeshadows are great for me. Even so, I’ve found that within most of these lines, at least one shade will crease, even if it’s set with powder. For example, I love MUFE Aqua Cream #2 to death, but it creases every time on me. I’ve pretty much learned that no matter what, things will crease on me, and I’m fine with that. =) It happens!
Anyway, I recommend trying them out. If they don’t work to your liking, return them and try other shades. Not all of the shades within a particular line work the same.
My favourites are theBalm Batter Up cream shadows. They last a good 12 hours on my lids!
Love MAC paint pots, but hate those Benefit cream shadows- they always crease on me and melt right off!
Benefit creaseles shadow-liners don’t crease on my lids, I love them! Have four: RVSP, Stiletto, Pre-nup and Skinny Jeans.
Also I have a Painterly paint pot
Love the paintpots but they dry out(even with the jar’s lid tightly sealed) – is there anything that you can do to keep them moist especially the limited edition ones?
I haven’t had that problem except when I left the lid off for a few days, then I just microwaved it for 10-15 seconds and stirred with a toothpick!
I store mine upside down (I do this with all cream and gel type products) and haven’t had a problem! I’ve had them for over a year with no issues.
Keep the paintpots tightly covered and place them upside down.
I love MUF aquacream in #15 taupe. I put it on at 7 am this morning and it still looks wonderful.

Benefits worked so well for me but i found out it was what was giving me horrible allergies. Im scared to use cream eyeshadows now. lol
I love make up for ever aqua collection, you have to move fast though because once they set they do not budge, you look beautiful the next morning just like a movie. Lol
